- Complete Understanding of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles.
- Hands on Experience of all major types of Software Testing (Integration, Functional, System, End to End, UAT, UIUX, Regression, Data Migration, Automation and Performance).
- Experience in Siebel Open UI, JQUERY, JSON, HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Extensive experience in Siebel configuration, workflow skills (experience, especially for data validation or business process validation)
- Continuous learning of the technology followed by Siebel CRM certification(s).
- Ability to translate proposition requirements into clear, concise process design specifications
- Advanced proficiency using Siebel Tools, including repository management, migration, Applets,
- Have a telecom background and good knowledge of Telecom concepts. (Billing, charging, provisioning, mediation and middle ware testing).
- Comprehensive knowledge of API, Automation and Performance Testing tools like SoapUI, and Postman.
- Ability to prepare the project deliverables (Test Cases, Test Reports etc.) and suggest improvements.
